Council of Europe Anthem — for String Orchestra
Ludwig van Beethoven | Arranged by Keith Terrett

Bring Beethoven’s celebrated “Ode to Joy” to your string orchestra’s repertoire with this arrangement of the European Anthem.

Drawn from the finale of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, this familiar melody expresses the ideals of unity, freedom, peace and solidarity. The warmth and richness of strings lend themselves beautifully to its dignified character, making it an ideal choice for civic ceremonies, international celebrations, European-themed events and concert programmes.

Instrumentation: String Orchestra
